Breathwork coaching is a guided practice that harnesses the power of breath to begin a journey inwards. Using active breathing techniques in structured sessions, you’re able to drop deeper into meditation, making it easier to connect to your intuition and your true self.
Outside of connecting more deeply with yourself, studies have shown that breathwork has a huge number of benefits, including reducing stress, boosting mood, improving sleep quality, regulating the nervous system, and increasing focus.
While practicing breathwork on your own is beautiful and beneficial, breathwork coaching provides a personalized environment to explore the breath and what it brings forward more deeply. Our work together is tailored to your goals and you will receive feedback, adjustments, encouragement, and guidance on any challenges or obstacles that may arise on your journey inward.

Adelina Rising’s 12-week program is tailored to your specific goals and intentions. During our bi-weekly sessions, I’ll guide you through active breathing exercises, meditations, and will share mindfulness practices and relaxation techniques.
During our we will also be reflecting on your journey, working through challenges and limiting beliefs, celebrating wins, and much more.

Yes, I do! My one-hour breathwork sessions are perfect whether you’re brand-new to breathwork and want to give it a try or could use some help pressing pause when life feels overwhelming. You can book some time to breathe with me by clicking this link.

Breathwork is a beautiful and deeply personal practice. As your guide, I’m here to ensure you feel safe and comfortable at every point in your journey, and will tailor the breathwork we do to your level of expertise and ability. During our sessions, you might feel tingling, a change in temperature, and emotional release. Before our first session, I will answer any questions you may have to ensure you arrive feeling fully prepared.

All of our sessions will take place over Zoom, so you’ll need to find someplace cozy and quiet where you won’t be disturbed for the hour we’ll share together, and where you have enough room to lie down. I always advise my breathers to wear loose, comfortable clothes, avoid eating a heavy meal right before our session, and to hydrate before and after.
