I’m so excited to meet you.

I’m a certified breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, life coach, and the founder of Adelina Rising. I’ve experienced the magic of breathwork coaching firsthand after heartbreak sent me on a journey to learn how to slow down, get curious, and listen to my own inner knowing in order to build a practice of trusting myself.  

In this season of my life, I love teaching the practices of breathwork and meditation that profoundly shaped my life to risers like you. I love helping others remember that they have — and always will have — the power to completely transform their lives.
